Return & Refund Policy

At Trendence Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to customers.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products damaged after use are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items and promotional products are non-returnable.
Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify damaged or missing items quickly.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may receive bank transfer refunds.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy
