Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to customers.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged after use are not eligible for return.
- Sale items and promotional products are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders may receive bank transfer refunds.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned.
- Opened or used beauty products
- Skincare items with broken seals
- Gift cards or promotional products
- Products purchased during clearance sales
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
